Activity of French department in IES Fuente Grande: "La chandeleur"

The second of February  it's the holiday of "La chandeleur" in France, that is also called the day of  crepes. As a tradition families and friends meet in order to cook crepes in this day. At Schools, students also cook crepes with their teachers. The custom is to hold a coin in your writing hand and a crêpe pan in the other; then toss the crêpe in the air. If you manage to catch the crêpe in the pan, your family will enjoy prosperity for the rest of the year. Our French teacher has cooked some crepes with her students. Sadly, I could taste not one!
